Board of Directors
Goodwill's Board of Directors volunteer their time, talent and treasure
to guide Goodwill to positive outcomes for the community. This talented
group of individuals determines strategy for the future and ensures effective accountable governance to stakeholders’ standards. The members provide independent unrelated board representation and annually sign and comply with Code of Values & Ethical Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies. Furthermore, the board undergoes an annual self-assessment and evaluation to promote accountability to Goodwill’s stakeholders, primary beneficiaries
and moral owners.
