Goodwill provides services to help our clients match their strengths and abilities with your needs. All of the steps we take are custom designed to provide a quality match for you and our clients. Our job placement staff specializes in evaluating, counseling and placing both skilled and unskilled employees in a very competitive labor market in all areas of business. A Goodwill liaison will work with you personally to ensure that your company hires the right person for the job, assists in making any ADA accommodations, if necessary, for new hires with disabilities, and even follows your new employee’s progress to make sure the transition to employment with your company is completely successful. Goodwill also serves as a resource and consultant providing the necessary support for supervisors, employees, and co-workers to ensure a successful job match that will ensure long-term employment.  

Our services to employers are free and hiring our clients may have additional tax benefits as well.
