Donations

Donors play a pivotal role in our ability to fulfill our mission of putting people to work. Goodwill's Retail Operations collect donated clothing and household goods, then sells these items in our nine stores. Revenue from sales of donated items provides funding for job placement and other Goodwill programs and services.

We are happy you want to donate to Goodwill, and suggest you drop off your items at any of our store locations listed on this website. (Furniture and large items can only be accepted at our Brooklyn Avenue facility.) 

It is important to note that 89% of Goodwill's total revenue is channeled into its programs and services. Goodwill is consistently ranked among top charities that make your donation go further.

Special Treasures: Please call us at (260) 478-7617 if you would like to donate your special treasures, such as gold or silver jewelry or gems, original artwork, vintage clothing, and antiques. IRS regulations prohibit charitable organizations from assigning or determining the value of your contributions, so we cannot do appraisals.
