What We Can Accept

Goodwill accepts all kinds of donations such as clothing, house wares, shoes, toys, small appliances and furniture. We want to take as many of your donations as possible, but there are a few things we can't accept. The things we accept are:

bullet Clothing — men's, women's, boys', girls', and infants'
bullet Footwear — shoes and boots
bullet Outerwear — hats, gloves, mittens and scarves
bullet Jewelry and other accessories
bullet Books - All types (including textbooks)
bullet Records, compact disks, videotapes and DVDs
bullet Computers (working and non-working)
bullet Games and toys
bullet Dolls
bullet House wares — dishes, glassware, kitchen utensils, lamps and small appliances
bullet Knickknacks (giftware)
bullet Seasonal decorations
bullet Art
bullet Antiques and collectibles
bullet Hardware and hand tools or small power tools, etc.
bullet Musical instruments
bullet Rugs
bullet Domestics — curtains, linen, bedspreads, blankets, etc.
bullet Sporting goods and equipment
bullet Bicycles
bullet Unsoiled mattresses, bed springs, sofa beds
bullet Televisions, stereos, radios, VCRs or DVDs, etc.
bullet Items not on the "What we can not accept" list"

If you have a question on an item, please see our list of "What we can not accept".

Due to size/weight, we only accept the following items at our Brooklyn Ave. store or with home pickup:

Furniture (in good condition): dressers, tables, sofas
bullet

Bed frames (except waterbed frames)
bullet

Other large items
